The best place for crispy duck in Fourways is Kai Thai Restaurant. Kai’s recipes have been handed down to her through just the right family connections and she has brought them all the way to South Africa. The duck with its sweet, crispy skin, stir-fried in oyster sauce with mushrooms, chilli and garlic, is great as its infallible classic green curry. And, the best of all, it’s open late until late. Really late. Past midnight-late. Sweet mercy!”
